Please carefully check the quantity and condition of all items upon delivery. If any item is missing or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package by emailing support@albatrossmicrosystems.com or contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 91630 66180 with the subject line: REFERENCE TO ORDER#<ORDER NUMBER>.
Due to the specialized nature of our products, we do not provide any warranties or guarantees. However, we perform strict quality control with manufacturers, and all products are guaranteed to be tested before shipping. For any technical queries or assistance after purchase, please reach out to our support team via phone or WhatsApp at +91 91630 66180. Warranty claims will not be accepted if products are resold to third parties.
In the rare event that your product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or has a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@albatrossmicrosystems.com with the subject: REFERENCE TO ORDER#<ORDER NUMBER> DOA. We will work with the manufacturer or OEM to provide support or initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process if applicable. Please note, claims made after 24 hours from delivery will not be entertained.
We do not accept returns after delivery except in exceptional circumstances. If a return is accepted, the customer must cover the shipping costs to return the product. Returned items must be in original, undamaged packaging to qualify for a return. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied for all accepted returns, and refunds will be issued as store credit valid for one week. No direct bank refunds will be provided.
If you receive incorrect or wrong items in your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the pickup of the incorrect item and ship the correct one as per your original order.
