Order Processing Time:
All orders placed on www.albatrossmicrosystems.com are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders received after 3 PM IST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We ship orders using reliable courier partners, including India Post, FedEx, and Blue Dart. Shipping methods available are Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Specific courier assignment depends on the destination and package type.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, dimensions, and destination. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before payment. Free shipping is available for orders above a minimum purchase value, which will be specified on the website.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Deliveries within India typically take between 3 to 7 business days for Standard Shipping and 1 to 3 business days for Express Shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination state and unforeseen circumstances like weather or courier delays.
International Shipping:
Currently, Albatross Microsystems ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
In case of lost or damaged packages during transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@albatrossmicrosystems.com or WhatsApp +91 91630 66180. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and assist in resolving the issue.
